Cookie policy

This policy describes the cookies set by Onde Interactive, their purpose, retention, and how to revoke your consent. It complements the privacy policy.
1. What we use
Onde Interactive uses PostHog Cloud (European Union) to understand how the platform is used. PostHog is an analytics tool that:
- receives only your pseudonymous internal user ID (never your email address, name, or vote details)
- hosts data in a European Union data center
- does not record your session (no session replay)
- does not autocapture (only events explicitly defined are sent)
No data is transmitted to PostHog before your explicit consent via the consent banner.

Cookies marked "Strictly necessary" are set without prior consent, in line with CNIL's "Cookies and other trackers" guidelines (July 2019).
3. Retention

You can request deletion of the data associated with your pseudonymous identifier at any time via the contact form.
4. How to revoke your consent
You can change your choice at any time:
- Via the "Cookies" link in the footer of every page — this re-displays the consent banner, letting you click Reject to revoke acceptance or Accept to restore it.
- Via your browser settings — you can manually delete cookies set by this site.
If you decline consent, no analytics cookie (ph_*) is set and no events are transmitted to PostHog. Strictly necessary cookies remain in place to keep the service functional.
